Hi, I"m Fay Wright and i"m the owner of D F&C restaurant .its centrally located in Greater Portmore Jamaica. I"ve been in the restaurant business for more than fifteen years. initially it was an uphill battle yet fulfilling. the early morning waking up .to the hassle and bustles in the market to the missing out on family gatherings school events, and PTAs but because it is my passion I welcome all challenges with open arms and grace. Fast forward to today where I can relax and pat myself and say job well-done .i have trained and competent staff who can plan and execute any dish any event and every aspect of the day to day running of the restaurant. I'm grateful now that i can find time to play catch-ups , it's not the same but it sure feels good. I can finally take on another passion and that is writing and journaling.
